Elliott Owen Lipinsky has practiced law in Alabama since his admission to the state bar in April 2013. Before returning to private practice, he served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Fourth Judicial Circuit, prosecuting cases in Dallas, Bibb, and Perry Counties, and later served as City Prosecutor for the City of Selma. That prosecutorial experience now informs how he represents clients as owner and managing partner of the Law Offices of Elliott Lipinsky, a position he has held since January 2019. He has represented clients in matters ranging from capital murder to traffic offenses and practices regularly in Dallas, Wilcox, Perry, and Bullock Counties.
