He has practiced in West Alabama since 2013, beginning his career at the Fourth Judicial Circuit District Attorney's Office in Selma, and now represents clients from the Law Offices of Elliott Owen Lipinsky in Selma. If a matter falls outside your practice area or your firm's capacity, he is available to take the case directly or to work alongside you as co-counsel.

How Fee Division Works
How to Refer a Case
Any division of a fee between the Law Offices of Elliott Owen Lipinsky and a referring attorney will be handled in accordance with Rule 1.5(e) of the Alabama Rules of Professional Conduct. Under that rule, a division of fees between lawyers who are not in the same firm is permitted when the client is advised of and does not object to the participation of all lawyers involved, the client is advised that a division of fee will occur, and the total fee is not clearly excessive. In a contingency fee matter, Alabama's rule permits the division to be made between the referring and receiving lawyer without requiring that the division match the proportion of work performed, so long as these conditions are met. A written fee agreement describing the division will be provided for the client's and the referring attorney's review before the case moves forward.
